I spend so much time on zillow looking at dream homes and none fits perfectly.

I need a home with an adult/fancy area for me, adult family and guests to spend time in.

I also need a separate one for kids with a complete kids play area. Indoor for when it's too hot or cold and outdoor entertainment for when the weather is good. I would hire a nanny to watch the kids when I want them to have adult supervision but don't want it to just be me.

I want a big kitchen where I only cook what and when I want to. I would want a cook that can cook my ethnic foods, preferably one with a nutrition/dietician background.

A home gym would be great and areas for indoor and outdoor sports. I would want my pool to be indoor.

A multicar garage with an apartment/guesthouse on top.

This home would have to be in the suburbs of a city, close to all the amenities (good school, shopping, restaurants) and in a community of similar homes.

I don't want a wooded lot or riverside or Oceanview property.

I spend so much time thinking of this dream home every time I buy a lottery ticket.
