Can someone explain how a blind trust works? I see alot about not signing the back of your ticket. Is it safe only being a trustee? Is that safe? Is YOUR money safe? Like I have access to the money at all times? I know people use this method so they can stay anonymous. In my state they disclose your information, you're not able to stay anonymous.

There are other things you can do to protect from that but it involves some work. Forming a trust or a blind trust after the fact can help with some liability and other risks of people finding out things later. But it doesn't save you from the initial announcement from the lottery commission
