I would keep my identify hidden from public if I won the lottery, I would take the lump sum if it was a life changing amount and give to charities that I have a personal connection with.

Depending on the jackpot or rolldown, the ultimate want/need of mine is a permanent new eco friendly net 0 home with about 5-10 acres of land to use for private purposes. I would build a few houses on the land to house close family and in-law parents.

Obviously, I would retire upon collecting the prize, but I would only here buy the land and build the estate. I would then live life as we would but enjoy ourselves and treat our selves accordingly.

Where I live we all earn roughly £1200-£1600 per calender month so i would give a lot of close friends and family an income source for life so they can live some what of the financially free lifestyle, probably around £2500 a month. What they do with it is there plan but i will have contracts made stating that I will not offer any other money apart from the £2500. I won the lottery and i'm generously giving them income for as long as I can afford it financially, which is decided solely by myself and financial advisors and accountant.
