+12 @Interesting_Sun The UK Powerball will be paid out over 30 years, they still won't pay tax on lotto winnings and they don't have the choice of lump sum as is done in the USA so when will a UK winner actually get a billion dollars? Even if they won a billion dollar jackpot this year, it would probably be 30 years?
