If I were Filthy Rich
By jackrussellenergy
+65 What’s your first splurge?

The day the money pops into your account, and after you’ve done all the regular responsible stuff like paying off debt, getting a lawyer, etc. What are you doing?

For me, I’m getting a penthouse suite in Miami and getting hot! I’ll have appointments to get my teeth done, my hair done, my eyes done (lasik), boobs (maybe), ozempic, facials, massages…all of it. If I’m going to be rich then I’m going to be hot!

+11 @BangaloreM Nissan GTR then I’d find nice piece of land with lakeside views to build my home

+10 @Neat_On_The_Rocks Honestly, my first splurge will be a run to just like, target and Best Buy type stores. $10-50k budget for electronics, clothes, furniture. Sounds like. Such a Goddamn fun day, and a great way to burn off the new lottery winner energy without impulse spending millions on land/cars/boat ect Shelling out money for a premium computer upgrade with monitors and everything. Headphones/speakers/monitors the works. premium socks and underwear. Maybe a new couch. My second splurge would be a couple home upgrades - new driveway, and a front porch addition might cost me another $50k. But now I’ve burned off that new money energy and upgraded my life substantially while not reallt spending too much - this will give me time to settle down and figure out my more long term plans.
