+15 Question : could a lottery ticket be divided into different percentages instead of evenly splitting it amongst a group of people?

In order to avoid a double tax, meaning if instead of you winning and getting taxed and then giving money away and having that money taxed again, could you divided a ticket into varying percentages?

Could a lawyer create something with each person's name, percentage and how much they "put" towards a ticket? Meaning 30% of a $5 dollar ticket would equal to person 1 contributing $1:50, person 2 contributing 50cents, and person 15 contributing 10cents?

And would a lottery commission deem it to be legal?

Example: Person 1: 30% of winning ticket Person 2: 10% of winning ticket Person 3: 10% of winning ticket Person 4: 10% of winning ticket Person 5: 5% of winning ticket Person 6: 5% of winning ticket Person 7: 5% of winning ticket Person 8: 5% of winning ticket Person 9: 5% of winning ticket Person 10: 5% of winning ticket Person 11: 2% of winning ticket Person 12: 2% of winning ticket Person 13: 2% of winning ticket Person 14: 2% of winning ticket Person 15: 2% of winning ticket

+12 @blueyork Have the lawyer draft a contract that by accepting the portion or percentage, they are forbidden to sue you for more money, on pain of losing the whole portion and it being distributed to the rest of the beneficiaries.
