+17 @TaxPublic9918 I've debated this far to much. Do you give them a lump sum now or just give $17k or less a year for tax reasons. Don't know the answer, hope to find the answer some day. I would like to pay off mortgages, but then people owe different amounts on those so do u have to even those payments at. Immediate siblings get the mortgage payoff immediately and every one else (mostly cousins) get the 17k. 😁
