I would buy the house of my dreams. I would want a nice chunk of land so I can have a garden and to let my cats and dogs run wild when I obtain additional cats and dogs. That is the one thing I would really invest in. The house also would never be sold and it would be the house that I die in. Man I cannot wait if it happens. I've wanted a home for myself for the past 50 years. I hope my dreams come true. And yours also!
