One of my first purchases would be a Living water farm/ranch, Probably in Texas... this would be a fully self sustainable farm with cattle, horses and and many other kinds of livestock.. I dont know all of the schematics as far as how to have it solely ran on solar power but id hire someone who did.. it would be totally off grid.. sort of a sanctuary of sorts.. if the world ever went left that would be my place to go to..
