If I won the Euromillions, I'd not want to stop working completely but I'd do what I want.

I'd buy/rent a small place in town, on a side street. I'd furnish it with some really nice quality tables and chairs by the window, a bar with non-alcoholic drinks and coffee machines. I'd hire a manager, a few waiters and waitresses and a couple bakers. I'll request that we have the uniforms be real fancy with shirts and ties, and make it really important that we are quiet and 'classy'. Some jazzy music on low in the background, and some cakes and biscuits all freshly made fill the shop with their sweet scent.

Then, just a couple days a week, I'll drive in with my EV, park up behind the shop and spend the day standing/sitting behind the bar with the glasses and a rag, polishing them as I chat to the patrons and staff all day.

If I invested the remaining jackpot well, I'd pay the staff double the market rates, and only buy the highest quality coffee beans.

Why you ask? I love the smell of brewing coffee and pastries. The shop would be quiet, calm and unrushed, unlike Starbucks and other coffee shops. Mine would not be catered for the masses, but rather for those who are wanting a quiet retreat where they can either get lost in their thoughts or talk to someone who loves to listen (me).
