We rarely have time or money to fix problems we have with ourselves, but that would be the first thing I would do with the money, aside from paying off all my debts and securing citizenship and a passport from at least 2 other countries. I would have lasik to fix my eyes, no more glasses. I would have a dentist whiten my teeth and replace old mercury amalgam fillings with modern compound fillings. I would also spend the money to have my teeth straightened. I would spend months in a fat camp with trainers and nutritionists getting myself into shape. If when I finished getting to the right weight I needed excess skin removed, I would pay for the plastic surgery to address that issue. I would also see a dermatologist about addressing the large pours I have always had on my face which are susceptible to blackheads since I was a teenager. I would have laser hair removal of hairs growing in my ears as I get older. I would see the best hair stylist available to figure out a hairstyle that actually works for me. I would spend upwards of a million getting myself into the best health and physical appearance of my life, more if necessary. I would consult with doctors who specialize in preventive medicine and longevity as well to maximize the time I have to live in good health going forward. I would have a routine massage scheduled. I would continue to consult with a nutritionist and have a chef who worked with them and my longevity doctor to make sure I lived on a tasty diet that kept me healthy and at my ideal weight. I would continue to work out with a personal trainer after finishing the fat camp to lose the weight I need to lose. I would also invest in a personal stylist to create a wardrobe that made me look my best while remaining comfortable. Why? Because the better looking and more presentable you are, the more opportunities that are open to you. Making these investments will in the long term create additional opportunities to turn lottery winnings into a better life than the money alone would create. It would improve dating prospects for one -beyond even the massive improvement the winnings alone would create. It would improve investment opportunities in the long term because it would improve access to events and other avenues into the doors that are closed to even many of people with money, who do not have the other factors that make you a member of the club. Getting into the club would not be easy, but these kinds of investments in your personal well being and appearance can help open those doors.
