I really like my lifestyle, I have my own businesses, we spend 4 days a week in town and 3 days a our farm.

There's stuff I need to do but don't have the money for at the farm and at home. New Fencing, better equipment, probably another employee on the property maybe - a hand for the full time guy and a full time landscaper/gardener. There's enough work for them.

I'd build a better house on the farm, better insulation, more space, bigger kitchen, solar and more comfortable while taking in a better view. 6 King Sized bedrooms with ensuite, we have a lot of family and friends, big garage, big machine shed yeah just bigger and nicer than now.

Oh, and a gym.

Thinking about it, might be worth having 2 of those bedrooms more as Family suites, so king sized bed for mum and dad and two smaller rooms with singles off it, little lounge, kitchenette just so the family can have their own little space to get ready in the morning and wind down at night.

I'd probably upgrade my car to something more comfortable for the commute too.

Realistically I could upgrade my current position for around $4m even if I don't win the lottery I can achieve this over the next 10 years, it would be nice to shortcut it though.
