I’m really only worried about the basement, specifically the laundry room. I require a laundry room of 15 feet by 15 feet. Stain proof ceramic tiling from floor to ceiling. I’m a man who likes to do his own laundry... and sometimes it gets messy. Steel chains will dangle from the ceiling at a height of 9 feet and that is where my laundry bags will hang for 3 days and 3 nights before I... clean them. One final concern, soundproofing, I tend to make a lot of racket when I launder.

Besides that I trust the architect to design a beautiful home for me.
