+12 @luuummoooxdadwarf For us, it would be a ranch style or split level setup. Preferably one story or at least very few stairs or maybe an elevator. But my wife and I have mobility issues, so we of getting around is a huge box to check. Other than that, I want a HUGE kitchen with the works. I love to cook and I'm tired of cramped or badly set up kitchens. Definitely designing it with our needs and wants. My wife wants a comfortable reading/thinking space. So she gets an all out library with tons of places to sit, lay back, and read or cross stitch or whatever. For sure getting her a nice bat window with comfortable seating. For our teen, a game room with every system he could want. Plus all the games we can find and all the movies he'll ever want to watch. Finally, an indoor washing pool for exercise year round. We can't really do a gym membership and a lot is our exercise needs have to include low impact. So an infinity pool for my laps and pool weights for her physical therapy.
