+18 @In4eighteen His first season is funny. He’s almost mad that the winners don’t send him off to find a $5M house when they won $7M-hes not thinking of the taxes and ins and other costs that the homeowners have obviously considered. He’s so much more supportive and fun in the later seasons.

+17 @gitismatt they dont actually use him as a realtor. part of the premise of the show is him visiting an actual real estate agent in the location. he just shows them the pre-selected houses and points out how It does or doesnt fit what they're looking for and he's basically an HGTV staple. he's like the guy fieri of hgtv - and by that I mean one of the original winners of one of the original competition shows.
