If I hit 5 out of 6 numbers on mega/Powerball, and win a million do they still only pay annuity or do you keep the million, andbjust pay taxes

+13 @HEMIfan17 I wish the Powerball would make the multiplier on the power play option apply to the match 5 top prize like the Mega Millions. Right now, it's 2 million. But if they apply the multiplier to it you would get 5 million if it's 5.
