Just in case things go south in US, I'd get a European citizenship as well. Majority of money would be in US stocks in a trust paying me a few percent a year, but also have about five million in a European bank - again just in case US goes south. A good portion of original money would be given to family, so they don't have to work either.

Then probably get some condos all over the world in nice places, and move around them depending on weather/events(concerts/sports), have family use the condos I'm not in at the time for their vacations. To start off a condo in Florida would probably be the second one I get after getting one at my current area.

Would be cool to go to France on a whim, and have my own place there set up the way I like.
