I live in miserable and gloomy England and for years I’ve dreamed of going on holiday to California, in particular LA. But to live there would be even better. Ik it’s expensive af especially if I actually want a decent quality of life so winning the lottery seems the only way.
I’d get a nice house, one of those Dodge cars you see in GTA 5 😂. I’d make new friends, get a girlfriend, give her everything she’d ever wanted, fall in love, spend our evenings watching the beautiful sunse- okay I’ve lost it, sorry. Can’t help dreaming :)

+29 @EggsAndBeerKegs Great choice. I’m sure many will tell you, LA itself is kind of shitty, but everything around it is great. My lottery dream choice was always San Diego, and I finally visited a few years ago and it’s exactly how I imagined it. Only problem is an average house is close to $1mil
+17 @portlando_furioso That's ironic: I grew up in SoCal and I've always dreamed of visiting England. I love rain and think palm trees are the rats of the plant world. You've got so many more centuries of history as well as chip shops, James Bond, and people who know how to line up in queues. I'm not starry-eyed, I know you also have high prices, pandering politicians, and fear of foreigners but that would just remind me of home. Anyway, here's hoping both our dreams come true someday!
